Leadership Transitions

For organizations transitioning between leaders, I draw on 30+ years of leadership experience to help manage the search for new leadership. I assist the organization using a well-designed process to ensure the best leader is found to move the organization forward.

Change at the top can be stressful.  As an experienced consultant, I help remove the stress of leadership searches by facilitating and managing the search without your organization incurring the cost of a recruiting firm.

I customize searches to help you find the talent right for your organization.  Working closely with the board and leadership team, we create a vision and defined direction to ensure everyone is in alignment.  Once a job description is written and approved, we'll begin the search for an exceptional leader who fits the current and future needs of the organization.  A clear strategy and timeline will be developed to keep the search moving forward in a timely and efficient manner.

Assessment tools can be used to ensure the candidates fit in with organization's core values, vision and mission.
