- I coach leaders both in person and by phone. Each coaching session typically lasts an hour to an hour and a half. We start with a one-on-one free consultation to discuss personal and organizational goals.
- When working with a business or organization, I typically want to meet with the CEO/Director or Trustee to get a sense of the catalysts for the call. From this initial no-cost meeting, I lay out a plan for our next steps.
- Of course, in the real world, problems and opportunities can come up anytime. I’m available by email or phone for quick perspective or guidance when you need to act or decide something right away.
- I truly care about my clients and want them to succeed. I also know how to deliver hard messages with compassion.
